: Web Developer

We are seeking a Web Developer with expertise in MERN stack and PHP to support the development and maintenance of our web platforms. The candidate will be responsible for managing websites and applications hosted on shared hosting and VPS environments, ensuring smooth deployment and performance. Experience in handling OJS (Open Journal Systems) journals will be a strong advantage, as the role involves customization, troubleshooting, and managing academic journal portals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and PHP.

Manage hosting environments, including shared hosting and VPS servers.

Deploy, configure, and maintain OJS (Open Journal Systems) journals.

Ensure website security, scalability, and performance.

Collaborate with team members for feature enhancements and technical support.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of MERN stack (React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB).

Proficiency in PHP and MySQL.

Experience with shared hosting and VPS management (cPanel, SSH, server configuration).

Hands-on experience with OJS journals (installation, customization, upgrades) or Similar.

Basic understanding of version control (Git).As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications. Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and specifications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Ensure application performance, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) or Similar.

Experience:

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap. Experience with server-side languages such as Java, Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
