Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in Core PHP / Laravel / CodeIgniter, solid understanding of MySQL database design, and hands-on experience with Git version control. You will work on building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications with clean, efficient, and secure code.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and related frameworks.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Design, optimize, and manage MySQL databases (queries, joins, indexing, stored procedures).
Collaborate with the team using Git for source code management.
Integrate third-party APIs and build REST APIs.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software.
Improve application performance, security, and scalability.
Work closely with UI/UX, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in PHP (Core PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar frameworks).
Good knowledge of MySQL / SQL, relational databases, and query optimization.
Proficiency with Git and version control workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with MVC architecture.
Understanding of RESTful APIs.
Nice to Have (Optional)

Experience with Laravel or codeignitor.
Knowledge of AJAX, JSON, XML.
Basic understanding of Linux commands.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering.
