About the Role:

Mindware is hiring a

sharp-minded and skilled PHP / Web Developer

with solid experience in

ReactJS, NodeJS, MySQL, and Laravel.

The candidate should be able to handle complete web and application development independently -- from backend logic to frontend interface -- and manage deployment on both shared hosting and VPS environments.

We are looking for someone who is dedicated, technically sound, and capable of handling development pressure efficiently. The candidate must be

willing to relocate to Dwarka

and work from the office (No WFH policy).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using

PHP (Laravel Framework)

. Work with

MySQL

databases -- creating and optimizing queries. Collaborate using

ReactJS

and

NodeJS

for dynamic front-end and backend integration. Deploy and manage websites on

shared hosting

and

VPS servers

. Write efficient, clean, and scalable code

without using AI tools

. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing web and mobile applications. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under development pressure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of

PHP, Laravel, ReactJS, NodeJS, and MySQL.

Hands-on experience with

hosting, deployment, and server management.

Minimum

2 years of verified professional experience

in web development. Must be

sharp-minded, analytical, and proactive

in problem-solving. Ability to handle

web and application development stress

effectively. Must be

willing to relocate to Dwarka

(No WFH). Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
