Job Description

We are seeking a talented PHP Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience with proficient in Core PHP, PHP 5 & above, MySQL, and CakePHP (2.x / 3.x). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-performing web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing creative ideas that enhance user experience and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance dynamic web applications using

Core PHP

and

CakePHP (2.0 / 3.0)

frameworks. Perform a detailed technical analysis of requirements and prepare

comprehensive technical designs

. Help

generate new and fresh concepts

for improving application functionality and user experience.

Create engaging, user-friendly websites

that inspire users and align with business objectives. Take advantage of

emerging and evolving technologies

to improve performance, scalability, and security.

Coordinate closely

with cross-functional teams such as

Design

and

QA

for smooth project execution and delivery. Develop internal documentation including

Project Plans, Database Designs, Functional Designs

, and other technical materials. Ensure coding best practices, version control discipline, and adherence to project timelines. Participate in

code reviews

, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain high software quality. Demonstrate a clear understanding of

customer-centered design

and

user experience principles

. Confidently

present work, progress, and ideas

to team members and stakeholders. Continuously learn and apply new techniques and technologies to enhance development efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in

Core PHP

and

PHP 5.0 & above

. Hands-on experience with

CakePHP 2.x / 3.x

(preferred). Proficient in

MySQL

, including database design, optimization, and complex queries. Solid understanding of

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX

, and responsive design principles. Experience with

MVC architecture

and object-oriented programming (OOP). Familiarity with

RESTful APIs

Git

, and third-party integrations. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in an

environment.
