Beta Byte is looking for an experienced and highly skilled PHP Developer (Laravel) to join our growing development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using PHP Laravel and related technologies. Write clean, reusable, and optimized back-end code and build efficient PHP modules. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain existing applications to ensure strong optimization and functionality. Prioritize client requirements, manage timelines, and effectively delegate tasks within the team. Lead by example, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Ensure projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards. Collaborate closely with front-end developers, designers, and project managers for seamless project execution.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in PHP development with strong expertise in Laravel Framework. Strong understanding of back-end technologies and frameworks. Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Strong leadership, team management, and project planning capabilities. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
