We are seeking a PHP Developer with 3-5 years of strong experience, particularly in building scalable applications using the Laravel framework. This role is ideal for someone with strong full-stack development skills using Laravel, who can work independently, write clean code, and contribute to the full development lifecycle. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Architect and develop scalable web applications using Laravel (PHP). Build and integrate RESTful APIs for smooth communication between client and server. Optimize application performance, ensure security standards, and conduct code refactoring as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality releases. Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold clean coding standards. Write and maintain thorough documentation, from technical specs to end-user guidelines. Use AI-assisted development tools for increasing coding efficiency and productivity. Manage tasks effectively, ensure timely delivery, and troubleshoot issues in development and production environments. Managing servers and server infrastructure. Maintaining a customer-centered attitude. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and specifications.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of hands-on PHP development experience with at least 2-3 years in Laravel. Experience with MySQL and database schema design and optimization. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. Hands-on experience in implementing authentication, authorization, and role-based access control in Laravel. Familiarity with Redis for caching and performance tuning. Proficient in Git and working in a collaborative development environment. Practical experience with unit testing, debugging, and performance profiling. Demonstrate a good sense of UI/UX design and user interaction. Understanding of security best practices, API protection, data validation, and error handling. Ability to use AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar to enhance daily productivity. Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. A willingness to learn modern technologies and skills as needed by the project.

Nice-to-have experience:

Experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
