PHP Developer

Experience Required : 6 months to 1 year

Knowledge in PHP frameworks(Codeigniter, Laravel) mandatory.

Core responsibilities

Leadership and mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, lead development projects, and conduct code reviews.

Application development: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications and APIs, from initial planning to deployment.

Code quality and standards: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and coding conventions.

Performance and scalability: Optimize application performance, troubleshoot and debug issues, and solve complex performance problems.

Project collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers and stakeholders, to define requirements and deliver new features.

Technical decision-making: Make critical technical decisions, contribute to project architecture, and provide input on tool and technology selection.

Security: Ensure applications are secure and up-to-date, protect against common vulnerabilities, and implement security measures.

Required skills and qualifications

Proven experience in developing web applications using PHP.

Expertise in one or more PHP frameworks (e.g.,Codeigniter, Laravel).

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and the MVC pattern.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and databases (e.g., MySQL).

Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Experience with APIs, testing, and version control systems.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
