Lead and mentor a team of PHP Developers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven development environment. Architect and implement scalable and efficient PHP-based solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance our development processes continually. Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, security, and adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and optimal performance of applications. Work closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Qualifications : Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven track record as a PHP Developer with a minimum of 5 years in web development. Expertise in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter. Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar. Proficient in version control systems, preferably Git. Knowledge of web services and RESTful API development. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
