About the Role

We are seeking a talented

PHP Developer

with strong expertise in

CodeIgniter 3 (CI3)

and

Laravel

frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, integrating APIs, and maintaining high-performance back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy web applications using

PHP

,

CodeIgniter 3

, and

Laravel

. Build reusable, efficient, and optimized code with proper documentation. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements. Work with MySQL databases: schema design, query optimization, and stored procedures. Implement and manage RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. Debug and resolve issues, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Maintain existing projects, apply bug fixes, and upgrade frameworks as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Git/GitHub/Bitbucket.

Requirements

Strong experience with

PHP 7+

development.

Mandatory expertise in CodeIgniter 3 (CI3)

and

Laravel framework

. Proficiency in

MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX

. Knowledge of MVC architecture and OOP concepts. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON. Understanding of version control systems (Git/Bitbucket). Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

API development & payment gateway integration

. Knowledge of

server management (cPanel, Apache, Nginx, Linux)

. Familiarity with

Agile methodologies

and project management tools (Jira, Trello). Experience with

third-party libraries, APIs, and CMS (WordPress, etc.)

. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, IT, or related field

.
