The activity requires interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose & resolve unique, non- recurring problems in Hosting Environment and other random/miscellaneous duties.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Treat all customers in a professional, respectful manner. Handling Technical support tickets from web hosting customers. Supporting the roll-out of new applications. Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, ticket, phone, and other electronic media. Troubleshooting a variety of technical issues customers are having with their web hosting services. Prioritizing and managing many open tickets at a time. Successfully completing other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualification, Knowledge, Skills required:

IMPORTANT ::

Good Communication skills in English is must. CBSE/ICSE Board background will be preferred.

HTML, CSS, PHP Programming knowledge is must Experience with Hosting Control Panels (CPanel/WHM) preferred. The work will be based upon Basic installation, server security, server monitoring, Abuse Prevention Task. Installation and modification of Wordpress, MySQL databases, GUI etc. Basic knowledge of Domains and Web hosting Ability to work well with a team, constantly changing environment, and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues. Confident and passionate. Organizational skills with the ability to multitask by talking, using technology, and listening. Ability to troubleshoot web hosting and technical procedures as needed. Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.

Salary : Rs 16,000 to Rs 30,000 depending upon experience
