Full Stack Architect:

Full Stack Architect role will be part of Digital Commerce Team building enterprise web application using

PHP

&

ReactJS/NextJS (

or similar frameworks

)

stack. This role will lead the team in Analysis, Application Architecture, Design Solutions, Integration, Testing, and Implementation of business and technical information technology solutions for building in scalable, high-performance, and secure applications using SDLC methodology.

Responsibilities:

Define scalable, maintainable architectures and development roadmap for enterprise-grade

PHP

&

ReactJS

applications.

Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, high-quality application architecture using full stack -

PHP

in backend

ReactJS

&

NextJS

in frontend,

AWS/GCP/Azure

for Cloud and

PostgreSQL

Database Analyze and optimize application performance, memory usage, battery consumption, and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks or platform-specific issues. Design and integrate Web Services/APIs as part of product development. Oversee app deployment, including defining strategies for updates, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. Establish coding standards, best practices, and development workflows for the team. Actively participate in Agile/SCRUM processes, including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, iteration planning, and acceptance criteria definition. Train and mentor junior developers and freshers, fostering technical excellence and growth within the team.

Qualification and Experience:

Minimum 9+ years in experience in

PHP

based application development, with at least 3 years focused on designing and architecting enterprise application. Hands on experience in

PHP 8.2

&

Laravel

Framework (v10 and above) Experience in

ReactJS

for frontend development and

NextJS

for implementing Server-side Rendering Experience in

Typescript

JavaScript

Tailwind

and

CSS

experience desirable and should have basic

Command exposure in past Proficiency in DevOps tools and processes, such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes. Exposure on Authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and SAML is a plus Experience in Digital Commerce, eCommerce and Banking domains is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related stream Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Solution-oriented mindset with a visionary approach to technology and development. Ability to influence decision-making and align technical solutions with business objectives.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
