Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative

Image Editor

with strong proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop

to enhance, refine, and transform images into visually striking and realistic visuals. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manipulate images in a way that enhances their natural appeal--making them look polished yet authentic. This includes adjusting backgrounds, lighting, and other elements to create cohesive, professional-quality visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and retouch photos with a focus on enhancing realism and visual appeal. Modify and tweak backgrounds, shadows, lighting, and reflections to create more natural-looking compositions. Perform color correction, object removal, image clean-up, and other advanced Photoshop tasks. Ensure consistency in style and tone across all edited images. Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and photography teams to meet specific project goals. Maintain and organize digital assets with proper file naming and version control.

Requirements:

Proven experience of 1-2 years as an Image Editor or Photo Retoucher. Expertise in

Adobe Photoshop

; knowledge of Lightroom or Illustrator is a plus. Strong understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, and perspective. Ability to make images look more realistic while enhancing their visual impact. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. A portfolio showcasing high-quality edits, particularly work that involves background changes and realistic enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in editing images for industries such as real estate, e-commerce, health, fashion, or advertising. Familiarity with image requirements for digital platforms and social media. Basic knowledge of other design tools like Canva or Adobe Illustrator is a bonus.
