Key Responsibilities:
Edit and retouch product, lifestyle, and campaign photos using Adobe Photoshop (or similar tools).
Create social media creatives, banners, posters, and other design assets.
Edit, cut, and compile video footage into polished, engaging content for reels, ads, and brand stories.
Add motion graphics, text overlays, and effects where required.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to align design and video output with campaign goals.
Ensure all visual assets follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
Stay updated on the latest design and video trends, especially for social media platforms.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Photoshop, Lightroom, and other image-editing tools.
Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing software.
Ability to create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok-style edits, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Good sense of aesthetics, color grading, and visual storytelling.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Creativity and problem-solving attitude.
Good to Have (Optional):
Knowledge of AI-based editing tools (MidJourney, Runway, etc.).
Basic knowledge of animation or 3D editing.
