Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Photoshop Editor

to join our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality, precise image editing, retouching, and manipulation to ensure all visual assets meet our brand's strict quality and aesthetic standards across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Image Retouching:

Perform high-level photo retouching on product shots, lifestyle photography, and portraiture, including advanced skin cleanup, subtle shape correction, and removal of distractions.

Color Correction & Grading:

Ensure consistency in color, tone, and brightness across large volumes of images, adhering strictly to brand color profiles and standards.

Image Manipulation:

Execute complex image compositing, masking, and object removal or replacement to create seamless and photorealistic final assets.

Workflow Efficiency:

Maintain organized file structures and utilize

non-destructive editing techniques

(e.g., masks, smart objects) to ensure efficient and revisable workflows.

Quality Assurance (QA):

Conduct rigorous quality checks on all final images, ensuring they are saved in the correct resolution, size, and file format for their intended platform (website, social media, print).

Collaboration:

Work closely with photographers, graphic designers, and marketing managers to translate creative vision into final polished images.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

[Insert 3+ years] of professional experience as a dedicated Photo Editor, Retoucher, or Post-Production Specialist.

Technical Mastery:

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

is mandatory.

Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of non-destructive editing, advanced masking techniques, and color theory (RGB vs. CMYK).

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous attention to detail and a strong eye for visual quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Software:

Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite programs (Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
