Key Responsibilities:

As a Graphic Designer:

Design compelling visual assets for various marketing and communication channels, including social media campaigns, web banners, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and digital collateral. Develop original graphic concepts and illustrations using Photoshop's advanced tools, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal. Create intricate digital artwork, mock-ups, and layouts that align with client briefs and creative direction.

As a Photo Editor:

Perform advanced photo retouching, color correction, image manipulation, and enhancement to a professional standard. Execute complex photo composites, merging multiple images seamlessly to create realistic or surreal scenes. Process and optimize images for various platforms (web, print, mobile) ensuring optimal resolution, file size, and quality. Perform background removal, object isolation, and clean-up with precision.

As a Visualizer:

Translate abstract ideas and verbal concepts into clear, engaging, and innovative visual representations. Develop storyboards, mood boards, and conceptual mock-ups to present visual solutions to clients and internal teams. Explore and experiment with new visual styles and techniques to push creative boundaries. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and visual strategies for campaigns and projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Demonstrable Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (minimum 4+ years of dedicated professional experience).

A robust and diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional work in graphic design, photo editing, and visual conceptualization, with clear emphasis on Photoshop expertise. Strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, composition, hierarchy) and their application across different mediums. Proven ability to perform advanced photo manipulation, retouching, and compositing with impeccable detail and realism. Experience in creating digital artwork for various platforms and optimizing images for web and print. Ability to ideate and visualize concepts, transforming them into tangible visual solutions. Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Highly organized with strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines. Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro) for asset preparation and integration is a significant plus.
