We are seeking a creative and skilled Photoshop Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. You will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning graphics and designs to meet our company's marketing and branding needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Design Creation: Develop captivating and high-quality designs, graphics, and visuals using Adobe Photoshop for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website assets, digital advertisements, and print materials.
2. Image Editing: Manipulate and retouch images to enhance their quality, appearance, and suitability for specific purposes, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and objectives.
3. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, brainstorm ideas, and translate concepts into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate key messages and resonate with the target audience.
4. Creative Input: Offer creative input and innovative design solutions to elevate the visual aesthetic and impact of marketing campaigns, projects, and materials.
5. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all designs to ensure accuracy, alignment with project specifications, and adherence to brand standards before final delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th Passout
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
