We are seeking a passionate and skilled Photography Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in photography, creativity in visual storytelling, and the ability to guide and inspire students in developing their artistic and professional photography skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach courses in photography, including basics, advanced techniques, studio photography, and digital editing.
Develop and deliver curriculum, lesson plans, and practical assignments aligned with industry standards.
Provide hands-on training in the use of cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
Mentor and guide students in developing portfolios and creative projects.
Stay updated with current trends, technologies, and practices in photography and incorporate them into teaching.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, and portfolio reviews.
Support extracurricular activities, workshops, and exhibitions related to photography.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance academic and creative initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field.
Professional experience in photography (commercial, studio, fashion, product, or fine art photography preferred).
Proficiency in DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, studio equipment, and photo editing software.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and professional work.
Previous teaching/training experience preferred.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
