Set up and pack photography equipment quickly (lights, props, backdrops, reflectors, camera accessories)
Assist during shoots by managing lighting, props, and baby-safe setups
Help calm babies/children and coordinate with parents during shoots
Handle equipment carefully and responsibly (damage = accountability)
Maintain studio cleanliness and prop organization
Assist in outdoor & home shoots (travel required)
Ensure smooth transitions between setups to avoid shoot delays
Follow photographer instructions without ego or argument
