Key Responsibilities:
Photography:
Shoot High-Quality Photographs:

• Capture high-resolution images for marketing, advertising, social media, events, and other college activities.

• Work with the team to understand the visual requirements and deliver consistent, on-brand photography.

• Capture portraits, candid shots, campus events, and special occasions.

Photo Editing:

• Edit and retouch photos to ensure they are visually appealing and meet the colleges branding standards.

• Enhance and adjust images in post-production using photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.

Manage Photo Library:

• Organize and maintain an archive of photos, ensuring they are accessible for future use.

• Maintain and update the photo database regularly.

Video Editing:
Video Production:

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various purposes, including promotional videos, event highlights, advertisements, and educational content.

• Work with the marketing team to create videos that align with the colleges branding and communication strategy.

Post-production:

• Edit raw footage to create professional-grade videos, including color grading, sound editing, and visual enhancement.

• Sync audio with video, apply transitions, special effects, and add captions as necessary.

Audio and Sound Editing:

• Ensure high-quality audio, including sound effects, background music, and voiceover, is incorporated into videos.

• Clean up audio files for clarity and overall video quality.

Motion Graphics and Animation:
Create Motion Graphics:

• Develop creative and visually engaging motion graphics for video content, advertisements, and social media platforms.

• Design and animate logos, titles, lower thirds, and other visual elements to enhance video content.

Visual Storytelling:

• Use motion graphics to tell compelling stories and convey messages in an engaging manner.

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure motion graphics align with the overall visual style and branding of the institution.

3D Animation (if applicable):

• Create and integrate 3D animations and visual effects to elevate video production.

• Work with relevant software to produce high-quality, innovative animations for a variety of media.

Collaboration & Creativity:

• Work with Marketing & Creative Teams:

• Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and branding teams to ensure visual content supports the overall marketing goals.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh, innovative ideas for content.

• Adhere to Brand Guidelines:

• Ensure that all photographic and video content adheres to the colleges brand guidelines and standards.

• Stay updated on industry trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Project Management:
Timely Delivery:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure the timely delivery of all photography, video, and motion graphics content.

• Ensure proper communication and understanding of project timelines and deliverables with the team.

Equipment Management:

• Maintain and manage photography and video equipment, ensuring all gear is in working condition.

• Stay updated with new photography and video technologies and tools.
