Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled

Photographer & Videographer

who can handle end-to-end visual content production -- including product photography, videography, editing, and basic motion graphics.
The ideal candidate must have experience shooting premium visuals, editing high-quality content, and creating engaging social media videos for a luxury decor brand.

Key Responsibilities1. Photography (Products + Lifestyle + Interiors)

Capture high-quality product photos for planters, decor pieces, and interior setups Execute shoots with proper lighting, framing, styling, and composition Conduct both studio and outdoor photoshoots based on requirements Deliver visually polished images aligned with luxury brand aesthetics

2. Videography (Reels + Product Videos + Campaign Content)

Shoot social media reels, product videos, behind-the-scenes clips, and campaign visuals Plan shot angles, movement, lighting setup, and storytelling flow Ensure stable, well-framed, and visually appealing video output

3. Editing & Post-Production

Edit photos: retouching, color correction, background cleanup Edit videos: trimming, transitions, sound syncing, color grading Add branded elements, text overlays, and stylistic enhancements Maintain consistent visual identity across all content

4. Motion Graphics (Basic to Intermediate)

Use

Adobe After Effects

for motion text, logo animations, and simple product highlights Add dynamic elements to reels and promo videos Create small-scale motion graphic assets for campaigns

5. Creative Direction & Branding

Plan shoot concepts with the marketing team Follow brand guidelines for visual tone, color style, and storytelling Contribute ideas for new content formats, campaigns, and creative directions

6. Digital Content Adaptation

Export content optimised for Instagram, Facebook, website & ads Create vertical/horizontal formats as needed Ensure clarity and visual appeal for digital platforms

7. Collaboration & Team Coordination

Work closely with the digital marketing and design teams Manage shoot schedules and equipment setup Assist in coordinating models, props, and production elements

Skills & Requirements

Minimum

1+ year

of experience in photography, videography & editing Basic to strong working knowledge of: Adobe Lightroom Photoshop Premiere Pro After Effects Ability to shoot and edit independently Strong understanding of lighting, angles, color grading & composition Experience creating reels and social-first content Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, premium brand environment Strong time management and execution skills

Preferred Tools Knowledge

Adobe Lightroom Adobe Photoshop Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Camera & lighting equipment Canva or basic design tools
