Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and passionate

Videographer & Photographer

to join the team. You will be responsible for capturing high-impact visuals that define the bold, aspirational identity of the brand and its participants -- from cinematic reels and campaign photos to audition footage, BTS content, press events, and finalist features.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos, audition reels, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content Capture high-quality stills for use across posters, social media, and PR Create content aligned with brand tone: aspirational, raw, modern, and legacy-driven Coordinate with the creative director and marketing team for content strategy Handle shoots across multiple locations including Delhi, Chennai, and partner cities Maintain all equipment and manage data backups, file organization, and delivery
Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience in fashion, pageant, or event photography/videography Strong skills in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) Proficiency in Lightroom, Photoshop (for photography work) Ability to shoot in dynamic, fast-paced environments Creative eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling Flexibility to travel and work on weekends or during late events
Preferred Skills:

Experience in beauty pageants, fashion campaigns, or influencer shoots Understanding of Instagram reel formats, YouTube shorts, and cinematic sequences Drone camera operation is a plus Tamil or Hindi language knowledge for smooth on-ground coordination
