Key Responsibilities? Capture high-quality photos and videos during field visits, interviews, and campaignevents? Conceptualise and shoot content tailored for social media and digital storytelling? Collaborate with the content, video editing, and design teams to develop visualtreatments? Handle the end-to-end video production process, including setup, lighting, andframing? Ensure consistent visual tone, composition, and narrative alignment across all shoots? Manage and organise raw footage, photo libraries, and visual archives? Assist in basic post-production editing, including trimming, colour correction, andsound syncing? Stay updated with trends and techniques in social media videography anddocumentary-style storytelling.
Minimum Qualifications? Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Film, Media Production, or relatedfield (mandatory)? 1-3 years of experience in photography or videography (field and studio). Priorexperience documenting community-based projects is desirable.? Proficiency in DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and sound recording? Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop (DaVinciResolve or After Effects is a plus)? Strong sense of framing, colour, lighting, and visual rhythm? Ability to shoot in dynamic environments and adapt to on-ground challenges.
Preferred Skills? Comfort working in field conditions, capturing real-time stories and people-centricvisuals? Familiarity with story-driven visual documentation and ethical representation ofcommunities? Understanding of regional languages is desirable.
