Responsibilities: Day-to-Day Activities

As our

Visual Content Specialist (Videographer & Photographer)

, you will be the driving force behind our clients' visual assets, managing the complete production cycle for both motion and stills.

Pre-Production & Planning:*
Collaborate with the

brand managers and content strategy teams

to understand project goals, target audience, and brand guidelines for all visual deliverables. Develop

creative concepts, storyboards (for video), and shot lists (for photography)

based on client briefs, ensuring alignment between both mediums. Manage, maintain, and securely store all video and photographic equipment, ensuring everything is in excellent working order for scheduled shoots. Scout and select appropriate

filming and photography locations

Production (Video & Photo Shoots):

Efficiently set up and operate professional

camera, lighting, and audio equipment

for both video and still photography shoots in studio and on-location. Direct and guide subjects/talent (e.g., Models, Clients, products) during shoots to capture compelling performances and imagery. Capture

diverse footage and high-resolution still images

(e.g., product shots, lifestyle imagery, event coverage, corporate headshots) as per the shoot plan. Ensure all content is captured in a manner that supports the final

post-production workflow

for both video and photography.

Post-Production & Delivery:*

Edit raw footage

into polished, final video deliverables, incorporating graphics, motion titles, music, sound effects, and color grading.

Process, retouch, and color correct

raw photographic images using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom). Manage and organize the

digital asset library (including One Drive/SharePoint)

for easy retrieval and collaboration across both video projects and photo archives. Integrate client feedback effectively and efficiently to meet all project deadlines and expectations. Ensure all exported visuals (videos and photos) are correctly formatted and optimized for various distribution channels (websites, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, print, etc.). Be involved in any

design and re-design projects

by providing high-quality visual assets and input on branding, website, and documentation design.

Requirements: Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and technically skilled individual ready to dive into the vibrant world of content marketing in Goa, with a dual focus on excellence in motion and stills.

Professional Experience & Technical Skills:*
Proven experience as a

Videographer, Photographer, or Visual Content Creator

, preferably within a marketing agency or media environment.

Expert proficiency

in video editing software (e.g.,

Adobe Premiere Pro

and/or

Final Cut Pro

) and

photo editing/retouching software

(e.g.,

Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom

). Solid understanding and practical experience with

Color Grading

and

Motion Graphics/Animation

(e.g., Adobe After Effects). Demonstrable knowledge of professional camera operation (DSLR/Mirrorless/Cinema) and advanced skills in manipulating

natural and artificial lighting

for both video and photography. A strong portfolio showcasing a cohesive range of high-quality

video content and photographic images

(product, lifestyle, portraits)

Education & Soft Skills:*
A degree or diploma in Film Production, Photography, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be highly valued.

Exceptional attention to detail

for both technical quality (resolution, focus, exposure) and aesthetic composition. Excellent communication and organizational skills--you must be able to articulate your ideas clearly and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. A proactive, growth-oriented attitude with a passion for staying current with emerging visual trends and techniques.
