: Graphic Designer / Photographer / Videographer / Editor (Social Media Manager - Healthcare)

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer, Photographer, Videographer & Video Editor who can independently manage the social media presence of a facial aesthetic / craniofacial surgery doctor. The ideal candidate should understand branding in the healthcare sector, have strong storytelling skills, and be comfortable working in clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation
Design high-quality graphics, reels, and posts for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Create eye-catching thumbnails, posters, brochures, and educational visuals.
Capture professional photos of patients (with consent), clinic environment, before-after transformation images, surgical instruments, and doctor activities.
2. Photography & Videography
Shoot high-quality videos including patient testimonials, clinic walkthroughs, doctor explanations, procedure demos (non-surgical & surgical - as per guidelines).
Take still photographs for marketing, documentation, and branding purposes.
Maintain visual consistency aligned with the doctor's brand identity.
3. Video Editing
Edit reels, long-format videos, patient stories, educational videos, and surgery explanations.
Add subtitles, transitions, effects, music, and branding elements.
Produce clean, professional, and informative content suitable for medical audiences.
4. Social Media Management
Plan and schedule posts across all social media platforms.
Coordinate with the doctor for weekly content planning.
Research healthcare trends and create engaging content around awareness days, campaigns, and FAQs.
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare monthly reports.
5. Branding & Marketing
Develop a consistent brand aesthetic for the doctor's online presence.
Assist in building YouTube channel growth and Instagram reel strategy.
Suggest new content ideas, campaigns, and creative approaches to increase visibility.
Support marketing activities such as events coverage, workshop promotions, and hospital collaborations.
Requirements
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools.
Strong skills in DSLR/mobile photography and professional video shooting.
Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and lighting.
Ability to handle end-to-end content production independently.
Professional Qualities
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a healthcare environment and maintain confidentiality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Time management and ability to deliver quick turnarounds.
Willingness to be present during clinic hours, procedures, and events when required.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Design, Media, Film, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in graphic design and video production (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
Experience in healthcare or hospital/doctor branding is an advantage.
Salary
