Job Summary
We are looking for a
creative and energetic Photographer & Social Media Reel Maker
to join our team for multiple upcoming sports and live events. The role involves capturing high-quality photos and creating engaging short-form video content (Reels) for Instagram and other social platforms in real time.

Key Responsibilities
Capture
high-quality photos
during live sports events, ceremonies, and behind-the-scenes moments
Shoot and edit
Instagram Reels & short videos
(9:16 format) on-site
Create engaging, trend-based reel content with music, transitions, and captions
Deliver quick turnarounds for
same-day or next-day content
Coordinate with the marketing team for content themes and posting schedules
Maintain organized photo and video folders after each event
Ensure brand consistency (logo watermark, colors, tone)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
event photography & reel making
Strong knowledge of
Instagram Reels trends & formats
Hands-on experience with editing apps/software
(Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, VN, Lightroom, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure in live event environments
Own professional camera & basic video equipment (preferred)
Creative eye for action shots, emotions, and storytelling
Preferred Qualifications
Experience covering
sports events or live shows
Understanding of social media engagement & viral content
Basic knowledge of lighting and audio capture
Ability to travel for outstation events (occasionally)
