Job Description

1. Conducting different shoots with proper planning.

2. Scanning different kinds of client quotations and making creative ideas for the shoot every month.

3. Getting all the pictures edited and getting all the work done in required time frame

4. Leading the production team and taking full responsibility for it and also being accountable for any errors.

5. Taking care of all the production equipment and taking full responsibility for the maintenance of the same.

6. If any employee is underperforming or not adhering to any code of conduct, in this post's sole power it is rightly advised to either get the job done with the allotted team or advise the management to find an alternative or a replacement of any of the underperforming employees.

7. Doing different kinds of r&d activities and advising the management for changes in production techniques

8. Following all the norms of the companies and ensuring and motivating the team to show 100% dedication towards the company and the policies of the same.

9. No approval work from the production team and being able to take autonomous decisions in favour of the company.

10. Work reports timely and supervision of work reports deliver of the team allotted

11. Assuring the form filling of shoots and the production department.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
