Photographer / Videographer (Long-Term Role)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, trend-driven Photographer & Videographer to manage all visual content for our Sea Shells properties in Lakshadweep. This is a long-term opportunity, not a short-term contract.

The role comes with a fixed salary from Sea Shells, plus massive freelance earning potential across the island.

Key Responsibilities

Professional photo & video shoots for Sea Shells properties Editing photos & videos (high-quality, premium finish) Creating Instagram reels, short videos & promotional content Frequent shoots covering rooms, food, beach, guests, activities & experiences Keeping up with latest photography, videography & social media trends Maintaining a consistent luxury resort brand aesthetic
Freelance Opportunity (Major Advantage)

This role does NOT restrict freelancing You are free to take up paid freelance shoots for: Other resorts Hotels Tourism brands Events & island experiences With our deep local knowledge and strong island contacts, we will help you secure regular freelance bookings A motivated professional can earn 2-3x (or more) than the fixed salary through freelance work alone
Who We're Looking For

Skilled Photographer & Videographer (DSLR / Mirrorless / Drone knowledge preferred) Strong editing skills (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) Creative mindset with an eye for luxury & storytelling Active on Instagram / Reels / Short-form video trends Willing to relocate and stay in Lakshadweep long-term Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
