We're looking for someone who has a sharp creative mind and is able to portray our brand's story through expressive storytelling. Basically, you should engage people with the content and simultaneously, teach them with simplicity. Your primary responsibilities are creating social media content in an indoor studio, understanding brand voice, being up-to-date with social media algorithms, and tracking the performance of the content uploaded. *
You will be working together with our growing team of passionate content creators, editors, and actors to build content we are proud of! Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong Grasp Of Brand Voice: You should be able to discern our brand idea into quality content, so people can understand and relate to the company for what it represents.

• Creativity & Ingenuity: You track what people appreciate and admire on social media so as to create visuals that perform well.

• Experience With Indoor Shoots: You're someone who does indoor product shoots and model shoots with ease and understands the various technicalities of an indoor shoot, which differs greatly from outdoor filming.

• Action-Driven: You're a dreamer - and a doer. You conveniently collaborate with the team members to swiftly bring your ideas into action.

• Consistent: You are punctual with your work and able to maintain productivity in high-stress environments.

• Self-analyzer: We need someone who quickly recognizes when their content isn't working and molds the strategy accordingly.

Your Technical Skill Set Should Include:

• Content Creation (Primarily indoors)

• Studio Setup & Lighting

• Image Editing (Adjusting exposure, contrast, sharpening images, color grading etc.)

• Video Editing (Resequencing, special effects, composition, etc.)

• Strong Understanding Of Brand Voice

• Copywriting (basically telling our brand story through words besides visuals)
