Job Description

We're looking for a creative and efficient individual who can shoot, conceptualize, and edit Instagram Reels with a strong sense of storytelling, trends, and visual appeal. The role demands someone who understands social media aesthetics and can deliver polished, engaging short-form videos consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Shoot high-quality Reels and short videos for Instagram and other platforms. Edit videos with strong pacing, transitions, music sync, and visual consistency. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them creatively. Assist in planning shoot concepts, scripts, and shot lists. Ensure all content aligns with the brand tone and visual identity. Manage raw footage, maintain an organized content library, and deliver within deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience in shooting and editing Reels or short-form video content. Skilled in editing tools like CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc Understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and aesthetics. Strong sense of framing, lighting, and color grading. Ability to work independently and creatively in fast-paced environments.

Bonus Points For:

Basic knowledge of sound design and motion graphics. Experience in lifestyle, fitness, or entertainment content. Ability to create trendy transitions and engaging captions.
