About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, an artistic vision, and the technical expertise to capture high-quality images across various projects such as weddings, pre-weddings, maternity shoots, baby shoots, corporate events, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture professional, high-quality photographs as per project requirements. Collaborate with clients and creative team to understand shoot concepts. Set up lighting, backgrounds, and necessary equipment for shoots. Edit and retouch images to deliver polished final outputs. Manage and maintain photography equipment in good working condition. Meet project deadlines and deliverables. Stay updated with photography trends and techniques.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Photographer (portfolio required). Knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment. Proficiency in editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.). Strong sense of creativity, composition, and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects. Good communication and teamwork skills.
Salary & Probation:

Probation Period: 2 months. During probation: ₹12,000 - ?15,000 (depending on portfolio and skills). After successful completion of probation: Salary will be revised based on performance.
