Job Summary:

The Photographer will play a key role in visually documenting the ministry's activities, events, and testimonies to communicate the love of Jesus Christ through creative and impactful photography. This role involves capturing moments that inspire, uplift, and reflect the mission and values of Jesus Calls Ministry across various platforms including social media, websites, and publications.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality photographs during ministry events, prayer festivals, outreach programs, interviews, and day-to-day activities. Create visual stories that reflect the ministry's mission and connect emotionally with the audience. Edit, retouch, and enhance images using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom for digital and print use. Coordinate with the Media and Design teams to produce visual content for promotional materials, magazines, websites, and social media. Maintain an organized digital archive of all images for easy retrieval and future use. Ensure photography equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and ready for use at all times. Travel to various prayer towers, events, and locations as required to cover ministry activities. Uphold the ministry's values, maintaining sensitivity, respect, and professionalism during shoots and interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in photography (portfolio required), ideally in event, portrait, or ministry settings. Strong creative eye with an understanding of storytelling through imagery. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other editing software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to flexible working hours (including weekends and travel). A heart for ministry and alignment with the mission of Jesus Calls.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
