Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Lead Photographer & Studio In-Charge to head our in-house studio operations. This role demands not just technical expertise in photography but also strong creative direction and project management skills. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with brands, creative teams, and external partners to bring product and lifestyle shoots to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography & Creative Direction

o Plan, implement, and execute product and lifestyle photo shoots aligned with brand objectives.
o Create mood boards, shot lists, and storyboards to define the creative vision for each project.
o Ensure all shoots meet the highest standards of visual storytelling and brand guidelines.

Studio Management

o Oversee day-to-day functioning of the in-house studio including equipment, lighting, and props.
o Manage scheduling and timely execution of shoots.
o Maintain an organized library of digital assets.

Collaboration & Communication

o Work closely with internal teams to understand brand requirements, campaign goals, and timelines.
o Build and nurture relationships with brands, casting agencies, makeup artists, models, and external studios.
o Manage pre-production and post-production workflows in coordination with editors and designers.

Project & Team Leadership

o Lead and guide junior photographers, stylists, and assistants during shoots.
o Coordinate shoot timelines, budgets, and deliverables with stakeholders.
o Ensure creative consistency across all visual assets.

Requirements

Proven experience as a lead photographer in fashion, lifestyle, or product shoots. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both studio and outdoor photography. Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, editing, and post-production workflows. Hands-on experience with professional equipment, editing software, and studio setup. Strong creative vision, trend awareness, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Good to Have

Prior experience working with fashion/lifestyle brands. Knowledge of video production and directing short-form brand content. * Existing network of models, makeup artists, and production vendors in NCR.
