About the Role We are looking for a young and dynamic Baby photographers who has skills in newborn handling, safety protocols, lighting, posing, and client communication, alongside a portfolio of work and editing proficiency. Responsibilities involve creating a comfortable environment for the baby and parents, safely posing infants, managing props and equipment, and providing high-quality images while ensuring a memorable client experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Newborn Handling & Safety: Safely and gently handle newborns, positions them for shots, and ensures strict safety and hygiene protocols are followed during sessions. 2. Photography & Technical Skills: Capture high-quality, creative images using professional lighting, props, and backdrops, and possess strong technical photography skills. 3. Client Management: Communicate effectively with parents, manage client expectations, provide hospitality, and ensure a comfortable, stress-free, and memorable experience for the family. 4. Studio & Equipment Management: Set up and maintain studio equipment, props, and backdrops, ensuring the space is clean and ready for shoots. 5. Post-Production: Review, shortlist, and edit images using software like Lightroom or Photoshop, delivering high-quality final products. 6. Required Skills & Experience Photography Experience: 3+ years in Baby photoshoot and Dressing and wrapping the newborn baby preferably in hospital shoots. Education: Bachelor's degree in photography, Specialization in Baby photography, or related field is a plus. 7. Baby Handling Skills: Ability to handle newborns with patience, care, and a strong understanding of child development. Creative Vision: Strong creative mindset with knowledge of lighting, posing, and styling for captivating images. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients and manage expectations. Editing Skills: Basic to advanced knowledge of photo editing software such as Lightroom or Photoshop. Professionalism: Ability to maintain a calm and flexible attitude, ensuring smooth and stress-free sessions. Location: - Old airport road (Cloud9 hospital)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
