Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Photograph designer blouses, embroidery work, and work-in-progress in high quality. Shoot and edit videos for

Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos

, and behind-the-scenes content. Edit and retouch photos using

Photoshop

and related software. Edit videos using

CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects

, and similar tools. Create short-form content optimized for

social media platforms

. Work closely with the embroidery and stitching team to plan and capture visual content. Maintain and organize visual media files. Ensure all visuals reflect the brand's traditional yet modern aesthetic.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in photography and video editing. Strong portfolio in fashion/product photography (bonus if related to ethnic or designer wear). Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects

. Good understanding of lighting, angles, color correction, and composition. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines. Interest or background in fashion is a strong plus.
