Position Overview

:
We are seeking a talented

Photographer Cum Editor

to join our media team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a creative mindset, and the ability to produce high-quality images and videos. You will be responsible for Shooting, capturing, editing, and delivering compelling visual content that highlights our properties and enhances our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

:

Conduct site visits to capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, including interiors and exteriors. Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project goals and vision. Plan, shoot, and edit video content for promotional materials, social media, events, and more. Operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. Create engaging videography that showcases project features and highlights key selling points. Edit and retouch images and videos to ensure they meet our branding standards. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and brochures. Assist in the development of creative concepts for property presentations and promotional materials. Stay updated with the latest photography and videography trends and techniques to continuously improve our content quality. Manage and organize digital assets to maintain an efficient workflow.

Qualifications

:

Proven experience as a photographer, preferably in real estate or related fields. Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro). Proven experience as a videographer or in a similar role. Strong understanding of graphic design principles and best practices. Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Preferred Skills

:

Experience with animation and motion graphics. Familiarity with various filming styles (documentary, promotional, etc.). Knowledge of social media platforms and their video and photo requirements.
