About the Role:

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Photographer & Content Creator to join our team at Staymaster. This role bridges both Marketing and Supply functions -- creating compelling visuals that showcase our properties, Guest experiences, and brand identity.

You'll capture stunning content across our partner properties, assist in new property onboarding, and craft engaging social media visuals that bring the Staymaster experience to life.

Key Deliverables:

Supply Team Deliverables:

Conduct end-to-end property shoots (interiors, exteriors, amenities, lifestyle shots). Capture high-quality photos and videos for new property onboarding. Maintain a visual library for all properties -- including image categorization and naming. Provide edited, website-ready images and short clips for listing pages, socials and partner platforms. Collaborate with the Supply Team to ensure every property is presented with consistent brand quality. Support in creating visual content for property presentations, proposals, and documentation.

Marketing Team Deliverables:

Capture guest experiences, special occasions, and behind-the-scenes content for storytelling. Create reels, highlight videos, and lifestyle imagery for social media, website, and campaigns. Deliver weekly content assets (photos/videos) for ongoing marketing initiatives. Curate visually consistent content aligned with Staymaster's brand aesthetics. Edit and enhance videos/photos using tools like Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or CapCut. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals and property feature reels. Stay updated on content trends and formats to keep Staymaster's social presence fresh and engaging.

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in photography & videography (portfolio required). Proficiency in editing tools - Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc. Understanding of composition, color, and visual storytelling. Ability to work independently during on-site shoots. Strong communication and coordination skills across teams. Based in Goa and comfortable traveling to properties frequently.
