Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Photographer & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The role involves capturing stunning photographs, retouching images, and creating visually compelling designs for promotional materials and client deliverables. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about both photography and design, with an eye for detail and a creative flair.
Key Responsibilities:
Photography:
Plan and execute themed photoshoots for babies, children, families, and maternity clients.
Use professional equipment to capture high-quality, creative images.
Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and deliver personalized photos.
Direct clients and manage lighting, props, and other elements to create captivating shots.
Maintain and ensure the functionality of photography equipment and props.
Photo Editing:
Retouch and enhance images using software like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
Perform color correction, lighting adjustments, and fine detailing to ensure top-quality results.
Prepare photos for digital delivery, prints, and albums.
Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing designs for client photo albums, custom frames, and studio marketing materials.
Design engaging social media posts, brochures, banners, and advertisements.
Develop and maintain branding elements for consistency across all studio visuals.
Creative Collaboration:
Work with the creative team to develop innovative photoshoot themes and graphic concepts.
Assist in brainstorming ideas for seasonal campaigns and promotions.
Customer Service:
Interact with clients to ensure their satisfaction during and after photoshoots.
Incorporate client feedback into final deliverables.
Studio Management:
Organize and maintain a clean and functional studio space.
Keep inventory of photography props, costumes, and graphic design tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a photographer and graphic designer (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, etc.).
Strong knowledge of photography techniques, lighting, and composition.
Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday (with one weekly off on a rotational basis).
