- Photography:
- Plan and execute photo shoots, ensuring the use of appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Capture compelling and aesthetically pleasing images in various settings, including studio and on-location shoots.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and deliver high-quality photographs that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, equipment, and emerging technologies to continuously improve photography skills.
- Editing:
- Edit and retouch images and videos to enhance their quality, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Use advanced editing software to color correct, crop, and manipulate images while maintaining a natural and authentic look.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and consistent visual style across all projects.
- Manage and organize a digital asset library, ensuring easy access and retrieval of files.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver on expectations.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, art directors, and other creative professionals to achieve cohesive visual storytelling across various platforms.
- Provide creative input and contribute ideas to enhance the overall quality of visual content.
- Proven experience as a Photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work.
- Proficiency in using professional photography equipment and advanced editing software (Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom / Premier pro).
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
