Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.The Photo Operations Coordinator is part of the Photo Operations team who deliver images and artwork for content priorities across publicity, marketing, on-air, digital and direct to consumer products. The coordinator will focus on managing complex schedules and ensuring high volumes of images and artwork are delivered correctly and on time for Max, and that operational output is always maintained. The Coordinator will liaise with internal operational, editorial and scheduling teams to feed up to date schedule and delivery information to the wider Photo Operations team.Monitor planning documents and scheduling systems for new titles and missing images 20%Update tracking and project management tools 20%Assist with the optimization of the teams project management processes 10%Collaborate with internal scheduling, planning, merchandising and local content teams across EMEA to keep tracking documents up to date 20%Work closely with content teams to ensure the flow of original artwork and episode images to the wider Photo Operations team. 20%Ensure accurate delivery and publishing of artwork, localized title treatments and episode images.20%Use internal DAMs to manage image delivery to Max. 5%QC file naming and delivery to correct compliance groups.5%Qualifications & Experiences:2+ years experience in project coordination or digital asset management2+ years of operational expertise preferredIntercultural communication experience.High attention to detail.Team player, ability to collaborate easily.Ability to work across multiple projects, under tight deadlines, and whilst keeping a focus on both the big picture and the smallest details.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Excellent command of English.Excellent Monday.com and Excel skills and experience using Excel to analyze and automate workflows..How We Get Things Donexe2x80xa6This last bit is probably the most important!
