Job Description

We are a growing wedding photography firm based in Pune, known for capturing timeless, emotional, and cinematic wedding stories. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Photo Editor who understands wedding aesthetics and can bring images to life through thoughtful editing and color grading.

As a Photo Editor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the final visual narrative delivered to our clients. You will work closely with photographers and the creative team to ensure every image reflects our brand style and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Cull and shortlist images from wedding shoots (pre-wedding, wedding day, and post-wedding events) Perform high-quality photo editing including: Color correction and color grading Exposure, contrast, and tone balancing Skin tone correction and blemish removal Background clean-ups and minor retouching Maintain consistency in editing style across complete wedding albums Edit images according to different wedding aesthetics (traditional, candid, cinematic, luxury) Ensure timely delivery of edited images as per project timelines Collaborate with photographers to understand creative vision and client preferences Prepare final images for albums, online delivery, and social media use Organize and manage image files efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Photo Editor, preferably in wedding photography Strong command over Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop Good understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory Ability to maintain natural skin tones and realistic edits Attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense Ability to work under deadlines during peak wedding seasons Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Experience working with high-volume wedding projects Knowledge of album layout and design Basic understanding of Indian wedding rituals and events Familiarity with cinematic or fine-art editing styles
