Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Conduct Demo Classes

Deliver engaging and interactive demo sessions for students aged 3-14. Present Spellzee's teaching style, curriculum structure, and class flow clearly. Assess the child's current level in the first few minutes and adjust teaching accordingly.

2. Support Conversions

Create a positive, friendly learning experience to increase demo-to-admission conversions. Provide quick feedback after each demo to the sales team (child level, behaviour, learning needs, parent concerns). Highlight the value of Spellzee's program to parents during/after the class (if required).

3. Teaching Quality & Professionalism

Maintain energetic, child-friendly communication. Use visual and interactive methods to hold the student's attention. Follow the lesson plan provided for demos (Phonics / English / Grammar). Ensure punctuality and professionalism during every session.

4. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with the sales team for demo schedules. Update demo outcomes in the CRM/LMS after each class. Attend weekly meetings/training if required.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English. Experience in teaching (phonics/grammar/spoken English preferred). Ability to handle different age groups and adapt teaching style. High-speed internet, laptop, and quiet teaching environment. Female candidates preferred (as per Spellzee policy).

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Jolly Phonics or other phonics methodologies. Prior online teaching experience. Confident in handling parents and addressing queries.

Work Schedule

Flexible slots based on demo requirements. Availability during peak hours (evenings & weekends) is an added advantage.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
