Job Description

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales and service targets. The role involves understanding clients' financial needs and offering suitable banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate banking solutions (loans, deposits, investments, etc.). Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Cross-sell banking products and services to maximize business opportunities. Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance with bank policies. Regularly follow up with customers to ensure continued satisfaction. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in banking or financial services (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven with a customer-first attitude. Good knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
