We are urgently hiring for "Customer Service Executive" in Malad west Mindspace.

Salary- 26k to 40k + plus incentives + OT

Hsc/Graduate with 6months exeperience on paper.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work on a night shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off). Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
