Key Responsibilities:



Customer Support:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Product Guidance:

Provide information on banking products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.

Sales Opportunities:

Identify and promote relevant banking products to customers, enhancing their banking experience.

Record Maintenance:

Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:



Graduation in any discipline. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus. Ability to handle high call volumes.
