Job Title: Phone Banking Officer

Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Phone Banking Officers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, addressing queries, and promoting banking products and services. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong customer relationships. Promote and cross-sell banking products and services effectively. Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate (Freshers must be graduates; experienced candidates may apply if they meet role requirements). Age Limit: Up to 30 years. Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced professionals.
Compensation & Benefits:
