Phone Banking Officer

Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals as Phone Banking Officers to join our dynamic team. The role involves handling customer interactions over the phone, resolving queries, and providing information about banking services. Freshers are welcome to apply, and both Hindi and English-speaking candidates are encouraged.

Salary:

Hindi-Speaking Candidates: ₹14,000 - ?17,000 per month English-Speaking Candidates: ₹16,000 - ?20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services. Address and resolve customer queries efficiently. Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and quality service delivery. Record and update customer interactions in the system. Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi or English as per requirement). Active listening and problem-solving ability. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred but not mandatory). Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply. Male & Female candidates are eligible.
Experience:

Freshers are welcome. Experience in customer service, call center, or banking domain will be an added advantage.
