Key Responsibilities
Collect blood samples using proper phlebotomy protocols (venipuncture & capillary)
Conduct basic diagnostic tests such as
Blood Sugar and HbA1c
(if trained)
Ensure safe sample handling, labeling, and transportation to the laboratory
Maintain hygiene, infection control, and biosafety standards at field camps
Support population screening camps and mobile health teams
Record test results and assist in maintaining patient records
Coordinate with lab partners for timely report generation
Provide assistance during telemedicine consultations when required
Required Qualifications
DMLT / CMLT / Any certified Phlebotomy Training course
Experience in blood sample collection (minimum 1 year preferred, freshers accepted)
Knowledge of glucometers, capillary blood testing & SPO2 readings
Willingness to travel and work in remote project areas
Basic communication skills in Hindi or local languages
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience in government or NGO-led screening programs
Comfort with digital tools for data entry and report management
Respectful and empathetic behavior with marginalized groups
