Key Responsibilities
Phlebotomy & Sample Collection
Collect blood samples using standard venipuncture techniques
Label, store, and transport samples accurately
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and proper identification
Laboratory Duties
Assist in routine laboratory tests as per SOPs
Operate and maintain basic lab equipment
Maintain records, reports, and sample logs
Follow quality protocols
Patient Care & Assistance
Guide patients regarding test procedures
Assist doctors and nurses during procedures
Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards
Administrative & Support
Coordinate with front desk and lab team
Manage inventory of consumables and reagents
Handle home sample collection
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
DMLT / BMLT / MLT / Certified Phlebotomy Course
Experience:
0-5 years (Freshers may apply)
Skills:
- Good communication & patient-handling skills
- Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and biomedical waste management
- Willingness to travel for home collections
