Job Title: Phlebotomist and health care assistant

Key Responsibilities:

1. *Blood Collection & Intravenous infusion medication: Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture or capillary puncture techniques. Intravenous and intramuscular injections to be administered as per doctor prescription.

2. Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for blood collection, dental, Gynae, sonography, skin treatments explain the procedure, and answer questions.

3. Sample Handling: Label, handle, and process blood samples correctly to ensure accurate test results.

4. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate equipment & clinic sanitisation. Clinic cleanlines.

5. Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases.

6. Patient Safety: Ensure patient safety and comfort during the blood collection process.

7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of blood collections, medication, stocks, including patient information and test results.

Requirements:

1. Education: Certificate or diploma in phlebotomy or a related field.

2. Training: Completion of a phlebotomy training program or equivalent experience.

3. Certification: Certification as a phlebotomist.

4. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with patients of all ages.

Work Environment:

OPD clinic with walk in patients.

Tuesday to Sunday

10am to 8pm

Salary Range:

INR 8000 to 14000/- per month

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
