Job Description

Perform Phlebotomy as per GLP procedure. Verifies the test requested & suitability of the samples to be collected. Monitoring of temperature & integrity of all samples. Make the patient feel comfortable while drawing the blood. Explain and guide the instruction to the patient for collection of samples as per requested test. Monitoring the room temperature daily in collection facility. Monitoring the urgent sample on priority basis as per physician request. Segregation of samples and keep the samples as per the standard operating procedure. Registration of samples and verifying the data as per online work order done. Informs any sample rejection to the patient /physician. Entry of sample handover register. Filling the patient details provided in the TRF.
